- The app name and version (Settings → About inside the app)
- Your device model and Android version
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- A screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
Common fixes
Prayer times look wrong. Check that location permission is granted and that the calculation method matches your local mosque (Settings → Calculation method). Times are computed on-device, so an incorrect timezone on the phone will shift them.
Notifications are not arriving. Android battery optimisation often blocks reminders. Open Android Settings → Apps → the app → Battery and set it to Unrestricted, then re-enable the reminder in-app.
A live wallpaper stutters. Lower the frame-rate or quality in the app's performance settings, and disable any system-wide battery saver while testing.
Purchases are not restoring. Make sure you are signed into the same Google account used for the purchase, then use Restore purchases in the app.

Email the same address with "Privacy" in the subject line. See the privacy policy for what is and is not collected.
