Privacy Policy
Ahmad Ltd. ("we", "us") builds Android applications published on Google Play. This policy explains what information our apps and this website handle, and the choices you have. We do not sell personal information.
Information we do not collect
Our apps do not require an account. We do not ask for, store or transmit your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or messages to our servers.
Information processed on your device
- Approximate or precise location — used only by Digital Tasbeeh to calculate prayer times and qibla direction. It is processed on the device and is not uploaded to us. You can deny the permission and enter a city manually.
- App preferences and counters — dhikr counts, goals, selected wallpapers and settings are stored locally in the app's private storage.
Third-party services
Our apps may include the following services, which operate under their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — serves advertising and may use a device advertising identifier. You can reset or delete this identifier, and opt out of personalised ads, in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Google Play services and Play Billing — used for distribution, updates and any in-app purchases. We receive purchase status, never your payment card details.
- Crash and performance reporting — where enabled, anonymised crash traces and device model/OS version help us fix defects. These contain no personal identifiers.
Permissions we request
- Location (Digital Tasbeeh, optional) — prayer times and qibla.
- Notifications (optional) — adhan and dhikr reminders you enable yourself.
- Internet / network state — downloading wallpapers, updates and serving ads.
- Set wallpaper (Live Wallpaper 4K) — applying a wallpaper you select.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Data retention and deletion
Because app data lives on your device, uninstalling an app deletes it. You can also clear it from Android Settings → Apps → the app → Storage → Clear data. To request deletion of anything you have sent us by email, write to support@mujtabaltd.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold virtually no personal data, most requests are satisfied by the deletion steps above. Contact us to exercise a right.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. App data is kept in Android's private per-app storage, which other apps cannot read on a non-rooted device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date above is updated and, where required, a notice is shown in the app.
